A project Mentoring for Beginning Teachers

New methods of educating children in primary schools thanks to teachers, which themselves want to gain knowledge and experience of how to better and effectively teach and how to establish with pupils open and familiar relationship. About all this is the project Mentoring for Beginning Teachers.

Children will gain new ways of leadership, effective education and the beginning teacher will become to them a guide in the educational system through older, more experienced teachers, called mentors.

By fourteen newly trained teachers, children will experience better and beneficial education. The patrons of the projects are Mrs. Renata Mrázová, CEO ING Insurance CZ, SK and Mr. Jan Mühlfeit, Chairman Europe, Microsoft Corporation.

Currently, the first year of the project is running and a new mentoring methodology is together with experts created. The project is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
